i have a honda civic ek 1997 and all my lights are working , but my problem is my signal lights wont blink.?

i agree with the guy above me my guess would be either a short or a blown fuse

Your blinker relay has crapped out. go to the dealership and buy a new one. You can install it yourself. It takes 2 minutes.

could be a fuse, you could have a blown bulb, or the flasher solenoid that plugs in somewhere near the fuses could be bad, or it could be the blinker switch.

i could be a clown fuse, and if its not a blown fuse then the circuit board is bad
