1998 Honda accord ex no radio, dash, interior or tail lights working?

Question

So I recently bought this car and none of the items listed are working I've checked the fuses and replaced bulbs ...with the dash the gears will light up but nothing else .also the in the fuse box under the hood there is a 40 amp fuse missing for the horn ...please help

Usually the horn is considered the accessory, and the radio, interior lights, and 12v is usually considered accessory, replace the 40 watt fuse... That's odd it's such a big fuse tho? :p I'm just going off experience of my 91 accord, and 04 mustang

There is a ground wire somewhere thats bunk, Get a test light and start running some tests-
