Tell us what your problem is and maybe we can tell you what is wrong. However, I will try to divine your problem by what you asked.

The ECM (Electronic Control Module) main relay turns on your fuel pump and lets the ECM know that the key has been turned on. There are fuses in the fuse box under the hood that supply power to the ECM main relay. The ECM main relay is probably located under the hood with the headlight relay and horn relay. I have not found positive information as to exactly where it is.

According to the information from Auto Zone, the relay says on it, "Relay ***'y Main 12v". From Auto Zone, the part is $52. Troubleshooting it should be simple. Turn on the key, if you don't hear your fuel pump come on and your control panel is blank, it could be the problem. Fuse #2 in the dash fuse box supplies power via the relay to the fuel pump and the relay itself. Fuse 28 in the under hood fuse box supplies power via the main relay to the ECM. If the fuses are blown, you can suspect the fuel pump or the relay coil itself.

To troubleshoot the relay, use a meter on the low ohms range and measure across pins 1 & 2. You should have continuity in one direction only since there are diodes in the relay to protect the coil. Across pins 5 & 3 measured the same. I hope this helps.

See the first source for details (and a test!) for that little devil. In a nutshell, hard start or no start is the most common complaint. The relay is located under the dash above the driver's legs, way up at the very top above the cruise control module. I found it was easier to pull the guts out of the old one and stuff the guts of a new one in its place.

that could be anywhere from damn good to really bad depending on the condition and the mileage. Also if its a coupe/sedan stick/auto EX/LX if its in decent shape with between 140k & 180K running well thats a pretty good deal in this overly high gas price crisis. Those will easily get you over 30MPG on the highway and all around good gas mileage pretty good handling... obviously not the fastest car in the world. if its a stick [that still shifts and drives well]... thats an incredible deal. For some reason those usually go for about triple the price of automatics in the same generation

That is too vague.... That's like saying should I sell my house for 3.2 million dollars. No picture no details....Nothing to go on whatsoever.
